General receptacles: 20 A branch circuits with combination AFCI/GFCI protection where required by NEC. Bathrooms: GFCI-protected 20 A circuits. Kitchen small-appliance: two or more 20 A circuits. Conductors: NM-B (Romex) 12 AWG copper (receptacles) / 10 AWG copper (range / cooktop).

5. Scope of work

  1. Remove existing receptacles; inspect device boxes
  2. Install / replace NM-B copper cable runs per Drawing EL-01
  3. Assemble load center: breakers, neutrals, equipment grounds
  4. Install NEMA 5-15R devices (living areas) and WR/GFCI where required (bath, utility)
  5. Label circuits; insulation resistance and polarity / ground tests
  6. Final walkthrough with completion certificate and drawing set
